Refund policy

Worms Policy:

• All worm products and sale items are final sale; no returns or refunds.
  - No refunds for DOA (Dead on Arrival) orders, but you can refer to our Live Guarantee in the shipping policy for details.
  - To cancel an order, do so by 5 PM ET on the same day the order was placed. Cancellations will incur 3% fee to cover transaction costs.

Non-Worms Policy:

- You can return non-worm merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please submit a request through your account profile. If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
